Plain Curd

To prepare the Plain Curd, raw milk is mixed with skimmed milk powder. It is heated to 900c and then cooled to 500c to add a specially prepared curd culture. After that it is lined in 200 gram & 500 gram cups and incubated at 420c for 4 hours. It is stored with transportive refrigerated condition. The self life in refregerated condition is 7 days. It contains cow fat (1.5% only). Its good for senior citizens.

Plain curd is available in weights : 200gm cups & 500gm cups.

Production started since 1999. We sell 50.000 MT of Plain Curd per annum.
