TENDER NOTICE FOR ENGAGEMENT OF TRANSPORTER OMFED Keonjhar Dairy invites sealed tender to engage insulated transport vehicles of carrying capacity like 1.5 MT/3 MT/4.5 MT on hire basis for distribution of milk and other allied product from Keonjhar Dairy within the operational area for a period of 03 ( Three ) years. Vehicles if without insulation, are required to be insulated by the successful bidder within 03 months of the contract. Tender documents can be purchased from its OMFED Keonjhar Dairy, Silisuan, Po: Raisuan, Keonjhar-758013 and also from Bhubaneswar Dairy, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar on any working day between 10.00 hrs 14.00 hrs from 05.5.2008 to 14.5.2008 on payment of Rs.100/- ( Rupees One Hundred Only) each or in the shape of DD drawn in favour of OMFED Keonjhar Dairy payable at Keonjhar on any Nationalised Bank. The document can also be down loaded from our website www.omfed.com and submitted on the due date along with the tender paper cost of Rs.100/-. Filled in tender document along with EMD amounting Rs.2000/- should reach on or before 15.5.2008 at 15.00 hrs and will be opened on the same day at 16.00 hrs at OMFED Keonjhar Dairy, Silisuan, Po: Raisuan, Keonjhar-758013 in presence of interested bidders. Tenders without EMD or incomplete in any manner shall not be accepted. OMFED reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason thereof. |
